Kejuaraan Daerah Open Grasstrack dan Motocross Piala DPD SMSI Rote Ndao diselenggarakan oleh Rote Racing Team (R2T) bekerja sama dengan DPD SMSI Rote Ndao, bertempat di Sirkuit Lekunik, Desa Lekunik, Kecamatan Lobalain, Kabupaten Rote Ndao.
Sebanyak 16 kelas diperlombakan: 15 kelas Grasstrack (GTX 1 – GTX 15) ditambah 1 kelas Motocross MX2 Open. Total hadiah uang tunai pada kejuaraan ini Rp 137.500.000, diberikan penuh tanpa ketentuan kuota minimal peserta.
Pendaftaran dibuka 1 – 11 November 2026 di Sekretariat DPD SMSI Rote Ndao. Pemeriksaan teknik (scrutineering) awal dan briefing pembalap dilaksanakan Kamis, 12 November 2026. Utamakan sportifitas dan keselamatan di lintasan.
Lokasi: Sirkuit Lekunik, Desa Lekunik, Kecamatan Lobalain, Kabupaten Rote Ndao.

Dikenakan bagi pendaftar setelah periode normal.
Transponder digital (alat pencatat waktu balap) wajib dipasang di setiap motor — biaya Rp 20.000 per motor, berlaku per kelas.

Kelas penentu juara umum open pada GTX 9 dan juara umum lokal Rote Ndao pada GTX 13. Perebutan juara umum wajib mengikuti semua kelas juara umum.
Peraturan Pelengkap Lomba (PPL) resmi dari panitia — memuat yuridiksi, biaya pendaftaran, syarat peserta, kelas yang dilombakan, spesifikasi teknis kendaraan, sistem point, pemeriksaan teknik (scrutineering), jadwal, sanksi, dan lampiran formulir scrutineering.
